Aloft Hotel, Eye Level Art and Cavortress Pre-Fashion Week Party
The fashion buzz hits Charleston each March, and what better way to kick off a busy week of style than with Aloft Hotel, Eye Level Art and Cavortress’ Pre-Fashion Week Party on March 12 at Aloft Hotel. Join Charleston Fashion Week sponsor Aloft Hotel, downtown contemporary art gallery Eye Level Art and local up-and-coming fashion label Cavortress for a night of art, style, and cocktails.
Local designer Julie Wheat will premier the Spring 2010 collection of her label Cavortress which will include ready to wear and swimwear looks in a hip, rockabilly inspired runway show.
Local artists Christopher Dotson, Julio Cotto, Brian Bustos and Scott Parsons will show new works in the hotel’s open gallery space and Parsons will also paint a live graffiti installation in Aloft’s posh courtyard.
Guests will sip on tasty signature cocktails and enjoy tempting drink specials throughout the party as they mingle and flirt in Aloft’s swanky and fun lounge area. The hotel will also have a very special offer for guests wishing to make a night of the event, just $79 for a modern, loft inspired hotel room.
